My Fitbit Flex needs to be recharged so I pulled out the tracker and I noticed that there is a crack on the band. I bought this one brand new three months ago and I’ve been wearing it almost 24/7. Looks like I won’t be using this one for a while. Time to contact Fitbit support and see what they say about it.
Update: Fitbit support was quick to respond to my email. A new strap was mailed!
